We also wanted to find out the position of the person answering. Employee, Leader or Director.
The immediate headline is that Wellbeing Learning & Development and Sustainability are the winners, however, looking more closely there is something more interesting worth discussing and that is the disparity of the importance of employee engagement depending on your position in the organisation.
Across all 6 questions, there was not much difference except one … Employee Engagement. Only 8% of employees wanted to see investment in Employee Engagement this is compared to 16% of directors and 22% of Leaders.
