About the Author Adam Shepherd

Adam trained in some of the top kitchens in Sydney, before moving to London where he was part of the team to open globally renowned Chef & Author Bill Granger’s first UK restaurant. Moving on to become Head Chef at Shoreditch eatery Lantana, voted best brunch by Time Out Magasine. Adam now works as a consulting chef advising restaurants on their entire food concept and culinary direction. Most recently he won a Lotus Award for the innovative menu at The Bok Shop Brighton which he oversaw from conception to opening a second site. Adam has a passion for good food and it’s impact on wellbeing he will be sharing recipes that not only taste fantastic but are healthy and can be prepared in your own home.
